What we collect. When you book a ride, LiftGuard collects your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, and payment/billing information necessary to provide the ride.
How we use it. This information is used only to schedule, dispatch, and bill your ride.
No sharing or selling. Your name, phone number, and other contact information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention. Ride records are retained for business and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us below.

Service description. LiftGuard provides prearranged, non-hailed transportation in the Tulsa, OK area for individual riders and corporate accounts. LiftGuard is not a rideshare or taxi dispatch service.
Booking & pricing. Fares are calculated using the posted base fare, per-mile rate, and applicable fees (including the urgent-ride fee) at the time of booking. Individual riders are charged per ride; corporate accounts are invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Rider responsibilities. Riders agree to provide accurate pickup/drop-off information and to be ready at the scheduled pickup location and time.
Insurance & liability. LiftGuard operates under commercial insurance applicable to livery/prearranged transportation in Oklahoma. Riders are transported subject to the limits of that coverage.
Account & payment information. Riders and corporate contacts agree to provide accurate name, contact, and payment information for booking and billing purposes.
Changes to these terms. LiftGuard may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
We ask for as much notice as possible so we can serve every rider reliably.
